5 months deep and I finally had my first date in London :)

It was with great anticipation that I awaited my first date in London... I picked up some nice flowers from the local Supermarket and pedalled my way over to Honour Oak Road for a cup of tea and a bite to eat, which gradually became a day of sightseeing on the Thames, a light lunch in the Horniman Pub and a fine dinner and wine at a Thai Restaurant! Did I mention that my date was Joan (my Grandads sister) at the ripe young age of 78!?! Truth be told, I had a bit of trouble keeping up to her!

Turned out to be a great day where we were able to do a tour of the London Tower Bridge, and check out the National Gallery among other things.

On another note, its getting a bit nippy out here... I think fall is near... or here actually! Time to bundle up and enjoy all that is a London Autumn!

Hope all is well with whoever is reading this ;)

Cheers

I will have to make sure Nanny, Grandad and Joan get to see this recent update. I will send the link on to them.
It sounds like you had a wonderful date and it doesn't surprise me that you had difficulty keeping up - those Duggan's have energy! Aren't you glad we got those genes?

Thats great that you got to spend the day with Auntie Joan, I miss her so much, maybe one of these days I will get off my lazy bum and get a passport!!
Your looking great, all those healthy fish and chips and pints are doing you justice, have you tried roe at the chippies yet? that used to be my favorite and mushy peas, hmm now i have made my self hungry haha.

Auntie Jack and Jo and the world are talkin about the day that Ryan couldn't keep up walkin! I've got to say it's never to late, to try to keep up on the second date. Less chippies and roe and pints,it's a must, or you'll be choking in Auntie Joanies dust. I must agree with your Canuck friend Brent, does anyone know were this blogger went?
